Storyline

5th May 2000
A new bio-weapon is made in a US army base using fleas taken from apes, the flea DNA is then made to make a biological weapon. It is a parasitic bacteria that easily spreads by saliva or blood contact, when infected with this, it will feed on the subject’s body until there is nothing left; it is named the “PS-B Parasite.”

18th June 2000

A new evolutionary discovery is made by a scientist in the USA “Johnny Mclloyd”. A gene present in both primates and humans is modified allowing primates to evolve into humans in a few days it is called the “E-Gene.” The scientist Johnny Mclloyd worked on the E-Gene with his assistant “Robert Yank”, a wealth hungry scientist looking for fame and fortune.

Johnny’s intentions were to use this new gene to benefit humans and animals, only that he did not know that his assistant Robert Yank was to sell it to the US army for millions of dollars. The army conducted experiments using the "E-Gene" and the “PS-B Parasite” horrific products were resulted and lead to a damaged and crumbled planet earth.

Bio-Outbreak will allow players to take on missions that will reward their characters with useful and valuable items, like weapons or armor that can help in defeating bosses or obstacles that take place in the main story. There are 3 types of missions that players can take on; Recon where the objective is to retrieve documents that contain valuable information or collecting information. Rescue missions which require an NPC(s) to be rescued, where the characters might have to fight bosses or tough enemies in order to rescue the NPC(s) and Retrieval missions which might require characters to obtain an item or a series of items.

Missions
Types of missions:
Recon: Recon missions are missions where the aim is to collect information.

Rescue: Rescue missions require the rescue of NPCs or humans in a trapped scenario.

Retrieval: Retrieval missions require an object or an item to be retrieved for the mission to be complete.

There may be some missions which are recon and rescue or etc. For example: You need to find information on the trapped NPCs and then rescue them, therefore making the mission a Recon and Rescue.

Heavy hunters use traps and their heavy weaponry to takedown zombies, they also have scavenging skills which let them find items.

Biohazard Medic
A unit that deals with zombie related injuries which include treating infection and immunisation.

The first aid skill allows the medic to heal allies healing some HP.

Trauma Care
This skill removes the Shock or Trauma status aliment.

Treat Infection
Treats the infected status.

Hide
Allows the medic to hide so that they can avoid taking damage
